All the work is done here in Kentucky, and all of our subcontractors and employees are local to Central Kentucky or located in the United States. When you call us, you are NEVER directed to a third-party call center, you speak to the owner of the business exclusively.
• We excel at client communication.  Whether on the phone, through email, text or in person, we offer professional Customer Service with excellent people-skills, confidentiality, on-going support & loyal, responsive service.
• We finish what we start.  We don’t disappear mid-project or even post-project.  We work on your timeframe and we communicate with you throughout the stages of the project to ensure the project is completed according to your needs and wants.
• We educate & train.  We provide our customers a wealth of information about SEO, Content Marketing & Small Business support in person, in meetings with our clients, in our email marketing and monthly on our blogs. We can also teach you to independently update and add content to your new site.  We ensure that all our clients are trained and ready to update, revise, post and add content to their site themselves, as often as they like without having to be dependent on anyone else – saving them a great deal of time and money!
